For chronic care and planned check-up appointments, you can always make an appointment with the GP of your choice within our practice.
Do you have an urgent medical problem that requires prompt attention? In that case, we will schedule an appointment with the doctor who is available that day or as soon as possible. This allows us to provide you with the necessary care promptly for urgent medical concerns. Please contact the practice by telephone to arrange this.

- Please book one appointment per patient. If you need more than one person to be seen, please book the appropriate number of consultations.
- If you need a longer consultation, minor surgery, an insurance exam or a gynecological test, please mention this when booking online or by phone, so that we can take this into account to determine the duration of your time slot.
- When making an appointment, please mention the reason for your contact.
- Please know that your medical file is accessible to all doctors working in our practice
- Please bring your eID with you for every consultation
LATE or NON-ACCURRENT ARRIVAL
Unfortunately, it happens regularly that a patient fails to show up for an appointment without notice. This wastes a lot of time and prevents another patient from being helped. If for some reason you cannot come or will be late, please cancel in time (min 12 hours in advance). This can be done by phone or through the online appointment system.
Unexpected crisis situations can always occur and we fully understand this.
From now on, this will be dealt with more strictly. If you do not show up, a note will be made in your file and you will receive an email. After a second time, you will be charged the sum of €20. This charge is not covered by the health insurance company and you will have to pay it yourself. Lateness will also be noted in your file. Thank you for your understanding.
