Dear patients,
Due to the departure of Dr. De Schaetzen, we are obliged to maintain the patient stop for an indefinite period. This measure is necessary to ensure continuity of care and to remain sufficiently available for our current patients.
As a result, it will temporarily no longer be possible to register as a new patient at our practice.
In the meantime, we continue to actively search for additional reinforcement for our practice.
We thank you for your understanding and trust.
- The secretariat is available daily by phone between 8am and 4pm for non-urgent appointments
Due to the high volume of phone calls on Monday mornings, we kindly ask that you only call to make or change an appointment during that time. For prescription requests and other administrative questions, please contact the practice at another time if possible.
- Emergencies: always contact us by phone!
- Please book one appointment per person. If you are coming with several people, please also request multiple appointments.
- Do you foresee a longer interview, special procedure or gynaecological examination? Please mention this when making your appointment so that we can take this into account to determine the duration of your time slot.
- When making an appointment, please mention the reason for your contact.
- Please know that your medical file is accessible to all doctors working in our practice
- Please bring your eID with you for every consultation.
- Home visits:
- Home visits are reserved for less mobile or severely ill patients. Come on consultations if at all possible. Working in the consultation room itself has the most benefit for both the GP and you;
- Non-urgent home visits should be requested by phone before 11am.
- Representatives: please make an appointment by phone through the secretariat
