
Practical Information – Autumn Vaccination 2025
Dear Patient,
The autumn vaccination campaign will soon start in our practice.
This year, the Superior Health Council recommends vaccination against influenza (flu), Covid-19, and RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) for specific target groups listed below.
New this year is the availability of a strengthened flu vaccine for particularly vulnerable individuals.
Target Groups
Covid-19 vaccination
People aged 65 and older
People with serious chronic conditions or an increased risk of severe Covid-19: chronic lung disease (including severe asthma), heart disease, kidney or liver disease, metabolic conditions (including diabetes), neuromuscular disorders, immune deficiencies…
Healthcare workers
Pregnant women with medical risk factors or a high-risk pregnancy
Flu vaccination
People aged 65 and older
People (from 6 months of age) with chronic conditions, as listed above
People with a BMI > 40
All pregnant women
RSV vaccination
People aged 60 and older with at least one risk factor for severe RSV infection
Practical Information
As every year, vaccination sessions for flu and Covid-19 will be organized in the practice.
Appointments can be booked online (via the scheduling tool on the website) or by phone.Flu vaccine: you must collect this yourself from the pharmacy.
The standard vaccine is available without a prescription for people aged 50 and older.
The strengthened vaccine is reimbursed (patient cost: €10.36 standard / €6.16 preferential rate) with a medical prescription for certain risk groups.
Please contact the practice if you wish to receive the strengthened vaccine, so it can be prescribed and brought to your appointment.Covid-19 vaccine: available free of charge in the practice during the scheduled vaccination sessions.
RSV vaccine: administered during a regular consultation.
The vaccine is reimbursed (patient cost: €12.50 standard / €8.30 preferential rate) with a medical prescription for certain risk groups.
Please contact the practice if you wish to receive the RSV vaccine, so it can be prescribed and brought to your appointment.

Flu vaccination: mid-October through the end of November
